Property research can involve information spread across different sources. I am exploring whether a focused product could make that information easier to bring together, compare and understand.
What needs to be tested
The next step is to identify a specific user and the decisions they find difficult. Useful questions include which sources they trust, what they repeatedly look up, and where their current process takes too much time.
Product direction
A useful first version would focus on one research task and make its sources clear. The feature set, data sources and business model are still being explored.
